For many years, Bosch has been at the forefront of developments in car headlamps and car rear lights and we have also built up a reputation in commercial vehicle (CV) headlamps and rear lights for CV that is second to none. As part of our ongoing programme we have worked closely with manufacturers to design and develop vehicles whilst meeting increasing demands:

• More aerodynamic designs have been made possible by smaller lighting units with improved output.
• Lighting components have become an integral part of vehicle design. This has been achieved without compromise to their performance.
• Increased requirements for safer driving have led to improved light distribution and output, whilst not increasing the light intensity (dazzle) to on-coming traffic.
