
Course Fees
A daily technical training fee is levied per person, per course, per day. A daily training fee for Electrical Systems, Electronics, Engine Management, Ignition Systems, Brakes and Vehicle Maintenance is applicable.
A further daily training fee for Diesel Units and Diesel Electronics applies. Conditions of payment are indicated in the following sections. The daily fee includes course materials and documents, tea or coffee, refreshments and a light lunch.
Certificates
Training Certificates will be issued directly to the Trainee on successful completion of the course. The Trainee's results will be sent to the employer. A test is undertaken at the end of each course and Certificates issued on attaining the required pass mark.
All Certificates are serialised, and the issuing of duplicate Certificates will only be considered on written request with justified reasons. The decision to issue duplicate Certificates remains with Robert Bosch (Pty) Ltd. The ownership of the Certificate remains with the employer.
A Bosch Training Passport will be issued on completion of the first relevant course, and remains the property of the individual.

08:30 to 16:30
2 Day Courses:
(Mon - Wed), Mon / Tues 08:30 to 16:30
Wed 08:30 to 11:45
(Wed - Fri), Wed 13:30 to 16:30
Thurs / Fri 08:30 to 16:30
3 and 4 Day Courses:
08:30 to 16:30
Regional Training (Durban/Cape Town):
First day 10:00 Start (unless otherwise advised)
Conditions
Courses conducted at the Durban and Cape Town venues, are subject to a minimum attendance requirement of 5 (five) persons. Where minimum attendance is not reached, RBSA reserves the right to cancel or defer the course to an alternative date.
Health and Safety Procedures
All persons attend the Training Courses at their own risk. All Trainees are obliged to abide by the rules governing the Occupational Health and Safety Act in operation at the time.
Dress Code
All trainees are expected to be neat and presentable. Long trousers or jeans may be worn, as well as closed shoes. Shorts or sandals are not acceptable and the trainee will be approached to change his attire.
Access to Midrand Training Facility
For your security and that of your vehicle, a new modern access control system has been installed at the Midrand facility. You will be required to sign for an access card on the day that you arrive for training. The card will give you access to parking bays and the training school. The card must be returned to security when you depart on your last day of training. Due to the high cost of the cards, a lost card fee will be levied shoul you mislace the card
Skills Development
