Anti-Lock Brake Systems (Theory and Practical)

Participants: Mechanics / Auto Electricians with brake experience.

• Functions and woring procedure of the ABS (Anti-lock braking), ESP (Electronic stability program) and SBC (Sensotronic brake control) within the vehicle braking system.
• ABS/ESP systems testing and fault diagnosis.
• Circuits and component testing.

BRAKES (2.5 Days)

Hydraulic Brake Systems (Theory and Practical work)

Participants: Motor / Diesel Mechanics / Auto Electricians

• Inspection, service and repair of conventional brake systems.
• Function and testing of brake boosters, calipers, slave cylinders etc.
• Replacing friction materials and pressure testing.

BVS (3 Days)

Vehicle Service & Maintenance (Theory and Practical work)

For Bosch Service Network only

Participants: Motor / Diesel Mechanics / Assistants / Auto Electricians

• Basic service procedure including oil change and minor adjustments.
• Basic drive train principle.
• Brake repair and adjustment.
• Full vehicle inspection and major service procedure.
• All checks and adjustments to drive train, suspension, braking and exhaust systems.

VSM (3 Days)

Vehicle Service & Maintenance (Theory and Practical work)

For Independent workshops

Participants: Motor / Diesel Mechanics / Assistants / Auto Electricians

• Basic service procedure and including oil change and minor adjustments.
• Basic drive train principles.
• Brake repair and adjustment.
• Full vehicle inspection and major service procedure.
• All check and adjustments to drive train, suspension, braking and exhaust systems.
