Test kit for testing Bosch common-rail high-pressure pumps

The splash guard is only conspicuous on the outside - it is required at a continuously applied pressure of 1600 bar. The high-pressure rail incl. pressure sensors serves as a pressure accumulator with integrated controller. The distributor splits the flow volume before cooling and quantity measurement. The control unit activates the sensors and valves of the test sample and the rail.

•  The control valve serves to control the return pressure of the pump to be tested and thus simulates the vehicle situation  
•  The adapters for securing the various pumps are offered as special accessories  
•  The heat exchanger is required for calibrating oil cooling prior to measurement on both systems.
