Adjusting and testing unit for injection pumps with LDA, ADA, ALDA governors

Pressure and vacuum are generated by an electric pump. The pressure is converted with a pressure sensor and downstream electronics into electronic signals and displayed in a 312-digit numerical display.

The relevant test pressure is set with two control throttles (coarse adjustment/fine adjustment). In accordance with the preselected governor type, the pressure or vacuum is displayed in absolute or relative form.

In the case of absolute pressure measurement, the pressure is displayed in relation to absolute zero. In the case of relative measurement, the pressure change is displayed in relation to the relevant ambient pressure.
